Lab on Demand

Lab on Demand is a paid service from PNETLab. With a reasonable fee, we will help you build LAB, Image and share the knowledge you desire to learn.

Lab on Demand working procedure is as follows:

Step 1: User fills out Request form and sends it to us.

We will send you a confirm email. We will use this email stream for status updates and for making formal agreements. Request Form
 

Step 2: PNETLab review your request.

We will consider the feasibility of your request.

• If we can do it, your request state will be change to Dealling
• If we can not do it, it will be change to Impossible state and closed

Step 3: Make a Deal

If we are sure that we can accommodate your request, we will email you to make an agreement on the amount and method of payment (Paypal, coin ...) and timelines

If an agreement is reached, the request's state will change to the Processing state, otherwise it will go to state Deal Fail and be closed.

Step 4: Processing your request.

In this step you must deposit at least 50% of the satisfied amount. 

• If you cancel your request for no reason you may lose this amount.
• If something went wrong during implementation that prevented us from fulfilling your request. We will refund this amount to you.
• If we are miss the satisfied deadline. We will be penalized by the agreement

Step 5: Check your product.

We will send product documentation to you to prove that we are finished according to your request. Depending on the specific case we can give you to try the product.

• If you are satisfied with the product, you must pay the remaining 50% to receive the official product.
• If you are not satisfied tell us what you want to change.
• In the worst case, we cannot make it suit your request and the error comes from our side. We will refund the deposit.

Step 6: Finish.

We will continue to support, answer product-related questions within 30 days from the date of product handover.
